International Currency Conversions update:  Dear International Customers outside of the UK:  Our printing, framing and distribution takes place from the UK.  Our prices are currently displayed in British Pound Sterling on our website but PAYPAL manages our international local currency conversions at checkout.  Once you have selected your product, shipping address and proceed to payment on PAYPAL, PAYPAL will  provide the latest currency conversions as per your country if it's currency is supported by PAYPAL.   

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated shipping times by region are as follows:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide using our professional print partner, theprintspace. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.  Currently we are offering free shipping for customers based in the UK and Germany.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

You may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes based on your country’s policies. Strack Prints is not responsible for these charges or for any customs-related delays.

What kind of paper and printing do you use?

All prints are produced using Giclee art papers- archival pigment inks on museum-quality paper by theprintspace, ensuring gallery-standard results and long-lasting quality.

Are frames included with the prints?

Framing is available as an add-on option for most prints. All frames are custom-made.  Options will be shown on the product page if available.

 Can I request a custom size or frame?

We currently only offer the sizes and frame styles listed on our website. For special requests, please contact us at info@strackprints.com

Can I return my print?

As all prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right—just contact us as soon as possible or within 7 days of delivery.

My print arrived damaged—what should I do?

Please email info@strackprints.com as soon as possible with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the damage (including packaging). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No exchanges for change of mind purchases.  You may only cancel or change your order within a maximum 4 hours of placing it-all prints are custom made and we unfortunately cannot make any changes to the order once production has started.

Will the colors match what I see on screen?

We do our best to match screen colors and products within industry-standard tolerances. Please note that screen calibration and lighting can affect color appearance.
