Yes! We ship worldwide using our professional print partner, theprintspace. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.  Currently we are offering free shipping for customers based in the UK and Germany.

We’re proud to offer high-quality art prints, professionally printed and shipped by our trusted partner, theprintspace in London who work with standard shipping rates.  Current shipping costs are listed below in BPounds Sterling.  We work with current intewnrational exchange rates and update them regularly to give customers the best rates.

You may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes based on your country’s policies. Strack Prints is not responsible for these charges or for any customs-related delays.

All prints are produced using Giclee art papers- archival pigment inks on museum-quality paper by theprintspace, ensuring gallery-standard results and long-lasting quality.

Framing is available as an add-on option for most prints. All frames are custom-made.  Options will be shown on the product page if available.

We currently only offer the sizes and frame styles listed on our website. Each Collection is individually curated and has its own sizes specified by the artist. For special requests, please contact us at info@strackprints.com

As all prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right—just contact us as soon as possible or within 7 days of delivery.

Please email info@strackprints.com as soon as possible with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the damage (including packaging). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

No exchanges for change of mind purchases.  You may only cancel or change your order within a maximum 4 hours of placing it-all prints are custom made and we unfortunately cannot make any changes to the order once production has started.

We fulfil your print orders through our partner, theprintspace, Europes premier Carbon Neutral fine art & photographic printers. This means our print production is of the highest quality, and shipped within 48 hours. From production through to delivery, your orders carbon footprint is offset using The Gold Standard offset program.

Printing: 

80 year archival life; 11 inks: Ultra Wide gamut inks Hahnemühle Photorag: Super matt finish.  The paper gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction, and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients. Cotton texture means edges can fray if not carefully handled.

Mounting (Black and White frame options): Photographic and fine art MDF mounting
protects and displays your work in a clean minimalist way; great for exhibiting with impact, allowing viewers to focus on the work.

Natural Materials: Handmade solid wood Framing (Oak option): sumptuous traditional
oak frame; solid woods only from sustainable sources.

Glued, pinned & sealed corners: Every corner is carefully glued, sealed and sanded to the join - in order to achieve a completely seamless, smooth feel.
