All of our products are made-to-order art prints, created just for you.

No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@strackprints.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue and packaging
• A short description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the issue.

Order Cancellations

4.1 Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel or amend your order before production begins. Contact us at strackprints@gmail.com as soon as possible. If a change is possible, we will inform you of any impact on price, timeline, or delivery.

4.2 When Cancellation Is Not Possible
Cancellations are not permitted:

• If production of the goods has already started
• For custom or made-to-order goods, including all art prints and frames

5.1 Print Accuracy
We offer a variety of print, mounting, and framing options. These are updated periodically on our site. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

Strack Prints has final discretion on what constitutes acceptable variation, though customer satisfaction is always a priority.

5.2 Frame Variations
Some of our frames are handmade. Sizes, weights, and dimensions may vary slightly within standard industry tolerances.
